Refund Policy

1. Payment Method

All payments for OpenClaw-Mod services are made exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, or other supported assets listed at checkout). Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final once confirmed on-chain.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of payment.
  • No AI agents have been deployed or run under your account.
  • The request is made in good faith and is not an attempt to abuse the refund system.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The 14-day window has passed since payment.
  • One or more agents have been deployed, activated, or executed any action.
  • The account has accessed pre-trained model data.
  • The request is for a partial refund of an active billing period.
  • Dissatisfaction with trading results (all financial outcomes are the user's sole responsibility).

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact support@openclaw-mod.com with:

  • Your account email
  • The transaction hash of your payment
  • The cryptocurrency and network used
  • A brief reason for the request

We review requests within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the originating wallet address within 3–7 business days of approval. Network transaction fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

6. Final Decision

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of the OpenClaw-Mod administration team. Our decision is final and binding.

7. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period unless within the 14-day window.
